FAQ - How do I help promote the haven?

Question: I would like to tell other people about this wonderful place. How can I help promote the haven?

Answer: Many of the regulars, or former regulars, have noticed the slow decline in popularity of the haven. People grow, interests and priorities change, and sites that don't deal directly with torrents die. OK, maybe it isn't that bad, but you get the point of the statement. Many of us miss the additional action of having a thriving community, and although we appreciate Susan's attempt to get us back to the 36,000 post level, she can't do it all by herself.

Although the new site is not yet ready for prime time, the whisper campaign can start. Let your peeps know we are starting back up. I have also created the following haven rotating banner link that will let you include a random haven banner in your sig like mine.

For the rotating banners, maybe you should remove the weird quote ones. They only make sense to new members and don;t really advertise the place. XD

Took me a while to see those come up, but that is a good idea.

I added the code to my profile on MyAnimeList.net and when I viewed mt profile the first banner I saw was the zog podcast one. And I thought "Well, that's not going to promote the Haven very much, is it?"

I might just make my own banner to use later, anyways.

I got no where to really link from. My sites except one that I really dont even run anymore are dead. I can put it in my sig here... but really what does that accomplish? LOL.
